Immigration: Past and Present
The stories of American citizens are as varied and diverse as any in the world. The ethnic heritage, cultural identity and traditions of the American people are incredibly complex, reflecting a nation that is a mirror of the world at large. The stories of the students in my class are living proof of the history of the nation. As I look around my classroom, it is evident that e pluribus unum is alive and well today.
